  1. You may either save the file on your computer or select Run from current location.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      If you selected to download the file, you will need to open the folder that the file was downloaded to and then double click it. If you opted to run from its current location, the following dialog may appear:

 

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      Click on Run. (You may see a similar series of dialogs if you are using a different web browser than Internet Explorer 6, which is shown above.)

  1. At this point, if you have not contacted Facet Technologies, Inc., please do so by calling (309)353-4727. If you have already done this, simply double click the Station number provided to you by the remote technician.
